Hi, I’m Heather (& Liam 🐶)
Storyteller, Coach & Entrepreneur
For over 25 years, I’ve been helping people—notably passionate entrepreneurs—transform their lives and businesses from the inside out. Whether it was flipping houses, teaching Pilates and Spin classes, or launching a successful farm-to-table restaurant, I’ve learned one powerful lesson over the years: lasting change always begins with the story you tell yourself.
As an entrepreneur myself, I understand the constant pull of big dreams, relentless to-do lists, and the hustle to make it all work. That’s why I’m so dedicated to helping people like you rewrite the inner stories that might be holding you back. When your inner narrative aligns with your purpose, you’ll show up with clarity, confidence, and intention—not only for your business but for a life that feels fully yours.
My coaching style? It’s a little heart, a little humor, and a lot of insight. I have a knack for breaking down big challenges into small, doable steps and making sure we have fun while we tackle them. Using a mix of ancient wisdom and modern techniques, I’ll help you uncover where you’re stuck and guide you toward the breakthroughs that shift everything.
And in case you’re wondering, yes, we’ll have a good time. Whether it’s me singing and dancing in grocery store aisles or sharing wisdom over a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie (my go-to problem solver), with me, you’re in caring, capable, and relatable hands.
My Entrepreneurial Journey
25+ Years of Building, Learning & Thriving
I’ve always had the heart of an entrepreneur.
My first foray into business—in my early 20s, selling health products through a network marketing company—was, well, a rocky start. I got caught up in the excitement and enthusiasm but soon realized I lacked the experience, skills, and the right inner narrative to succeed. I lost a lot of money and gained priceless insight. That lesson stayed with me, shaping the way I approach everything I’ve done since.
From there, I started discovering what it really meant to create meaningful work. One of my early ventures was supporting a spiritual teacher and mindfulness coach, helping her run retreats in the mountains. It was here I first saw how businesses that reflect purpose and connection can truly thrive.
Soon after, I helped remodel and open a rustic luxury lodge, a place where I learned how to blend warmth, comfort, and creativity to craft unforgettable experiences. That success inspired my next chapter: helping open and manage a fitness center in a mountain town where the natural hikes enamored everyone. People didn't think they needed a gym, but we won them over with community connection and personalized value. Before long, that fitness center became a thriving hub for wellness and growth.
The biggest leap of all came later, when I co-founded and ran a from-scratch restaurant, bakery, and gourmet market. It was a seven-figure operation that taught me the true meaning of persistence, grit, and juggling a million moving pieces. Around the same time, I started flipping houses, transforming disarray into calm, functional spaces.
After the restaurant chapter, I built my second organizing business, this time with an expanded vision. I offered move management, clutter coaching, and specialized in helping seniors transition into retirement communities. I even worked with busy moms trying to keep their homes (and lives) from feeling like they were sinking. One of my favorite revelations? When families ran their homes like a well-managed business, the rewards extended far beyond simple organization.
Every venture has been its own teacher. I've learned that entrepreneurship is much more than spreadsheets and strategy. It’s about resilience, creativity, problem-solving, and rewriting the narratives that hold us back. It takes bravery to build something that doesn’t exist yet, to think outside the box, and to create a life that defies the 9-to-5 norm.
Entrepreneurs are a special kind of soul. They’re bold, imaginative, and unafraid to solve problems by creating new solutions. They don’t just dream of change; they make it happen. If you’re one of those brave, creative, outside-the-box thinkers, know this: I see you, I understand you, and I’m here to cheer you on at every step of your path.
My Background

Certified Fitness Instructor – My time teaching Pilates and Spin classes gave me a deep respect for how movement and mindset go hand in hand.
AC Certified Life Coach & BBM Breathing Coach – I help clients find balance and alignment through tools that bridge the gap between your inner and outer worlds.
Professional Organizer & Move Manager – From decluttering life to moving through it with intention, I create calm, inspiring spaces that make room for what matters most.
